Kate Dunne - Sl(t)áinte
In early 2023, I was commissioned by aerialist Kate Dunne to write the music for her Dublin Fringe Festival slow Sl(t)áinte). The music was a combination of ambient soundscapes, dystopian walls of noise and more conventional electronic dance tracks.
Talos - Farewell/Kamikaze Mahogany Session
Since late 2022, I have been working with electronic singer/songwriter Talos, both as a member of his live band and as a collaborator in writing and production scenarios. This video is taken from the Talos Mahogany session, that was filmed in October 2022.
Brídín - Brídín
In 2022, I produced the self-titled debut album for Irish alternative trad harpist Brídín. As well as engineering the recording sessions and mixing the record, I also played piano and some synthesizers on it. It was released in late 2022 to much critical acclaim in Ireland. Above is a link to listen to Waves, from the album.
United Fall - Night Dances
In 2021, I was hired as part of the creative team for Emma Martin's contemporary dance show Night Dances. In my role as keyboard/synth player, I workshopped with composer Daniel Fox to write an hour of visceral, violent electronic dance music to accompany a range of dancers of different movement styles. The show was first performed in Dublin's National Stadium, as part of Dublin Theatre Festival 2021 and we brought it to Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022.
Loah / Bantum - Can't Get You Out Of My Head Cover
In 2018, I was hired by Irish singer-songwriter Loah, to remix her song Unveiled for a set of reworks of the This Heart EP. It was the beginning of a continuing collaboration with the artist, and soon she'll be releasing new music which we've been working on together. You can also watch me performing with Loah during the Iceland Airwaves festival in 2019, in a live-stream for Seattle radio station KEXP, below.

Derrigimlagh - Wild Atlantic Way Signature Point
Audio Tour
Over the course of 2016, I worked with Denis Byrne Architects, Cleary Connolly and Fáilte Ireland to develop sound installation pieces and design an audio tour for the Wild Atlantic Way Signature Point in Derrigimlagh, County Galway. Above is a sample of some extracts from the audio tour, which was installed using hand-cranked audio players, on a number of points around the bog walk.
